Vivo V17 Pro comes with a quad dual camera having a 48MP shooter as the primary sensor, 13MP telephoto lens, 8MP wide-angle camera and 2MP Bokeh camera.


The newest offering from the Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has a popup front camera that has two not one selfie shooter. This and other features mark the Vivo V17 Pro, launched Friday, September 20.

The Vivo V17 Pro is the successor to the Vivo V15 Pro and there are lots of changes to made to the device. The display, for example, is 6.44-inch full HD+ offering a screen resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. It’s an Ultra FullView Super AMOLED display, with an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a screen to body ratio of 91.65%. Up to 600nits of peak brightness makes the display quite powerful in its own way. It’s an all-glass model and the rear panel gets protection from the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The 2.D curved glass on top is protected by Schott Xensation UP glass.


The processor fitted in this new Vivo V17 Pro is the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 675SoC that you saw in the Vivo V15 Pro. The RAM is 8GB and the internal storage 128GB. Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9 Pie is the OS that operates the new device.

As mentioned, this is a camera-focused smartphone. The rear camera setup has four sensors, with a 48MP shooter as the primary sensor. There is a 13MP telephoto lens and an 8MP wide-angle camera to bring up the third. The last one is a 2MP Bokeh camera. In the front, as indicated there is a popup arrangement holding a 32MP+8MP dual camera combo. The second is a super wide-angle lens. There is a surfeit of apps and features to make photography an immersive experience with this Vivo V17 Pro.

A 4,100mAh battery accompanied by Vivo’s proprietary 18W Dual-Engine fast charging technology is the power source.

The price of this Vivo V17 Pro smartphone with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is Rs 29,990. The sale starts September 27. Pre-orders are on now. The phone can be purchased from any of the online platforms, Vivo e-shop, Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm Mall, and Tata CliQ.
